Crescent Beach provides a more secluded area and houses one of the area's main attractions, the Point of Rocks. Due to its low tide and coral reefs, the rocky area provides an ideal spot for snorkeling or simply admiring the natural beauty. Turtle Beach is known as a top place for sports, water activities and shelling. Just south of Sarasota lies Venice, which has 14 miles of beaches. Venice is a Florida Main Street City, featuring a historic downtown full of shops, restaurants and entertainment. Please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items during your stay, as it is only a starter set. We do not provide spices, salt/pepper, foil, plastic wrap etc. Linens: All beds are ready made with freshly laundered sheets. One set of towels provided per occupancy: beach, bath, hand, wash. Across the street from one of the finest beaches on the Florida Coast, Siesta Key Beach, this 2 bed/2 bath updated condo is on the first floor and has water views overlooking a quiet inlet off of the intercostal waterway. Complex includes a heated community swimming pool, BBQ grill, covered picnic tables, lounge chairs, his and hers saunas, a lending library and a club house which can be rented for private events makes for full amenities. Limited boat docks are also available with advance reservation. Completion date TBD. Many complexes do not allow boats, motorcycles, trailers, jet skis, kayaks, or golf carts. Some do not allow monster trucks. Ask prior to booking to confirm if your special vehicle will be allowed including commercial vehicles, over-sized vehicles, or vehicles with signage. If brining pre-approved dog, per complex rules the dog MUST be less than 25 pounds and must be walked in a specially marked areas on the complex grounds.
