Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund Minus Cancellation Fee's. Bookings canceled within the 14-day window are non-refundable. Reservations of 15 nights or more may be canceled at least 90 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund minus Cancellation Fee's ($100 plus 6% Credit Card Processing Fee). Cancellations within 45 days of the check-in date and are refundable up to 50% minus Cancellation Fee's. Should a refund be issued, a credit to the original credit card in the amount of the reservation minus the cost of the cancellation fees will be issued within 5 to 7 business days. ***Reservations During the months of Jan-March must be for the beginning of the month to the end. How far away is the Siesta Key Village? A. The Siesta Key Village is roughly 2 miles from Polynesian Gardens. The best way to reach the village is either by bike or the free Siesta Key Trolley. Q. Are there beach supplies included at the property? A. Yes, we provide beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, and a pull cart to help bring everything down to the beach.
