Guests enjoy private access to the left side of the 1st floor (garage), the left backyard and pool area, and the entire 3rd floor. Some walls, flooring, or outdoor areas may be shared with the lower unit. We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet—breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. The home includes stairs—please contact us if accessibility is a concern. The minimum age to rent this property is 26. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement.
